I am so embarrassed
I had the most awful time this morning!
I was put in a cage, which I didn’t mind too much. I like getting inside things. It was what followed that I didn’t like. MM put me in her car and took me out in all that noisy traffic.
I was so scared. I tried to run away, but I couldn’t. I got so scared that I had an accident.
Then the car stopped and MM took me out and into the vets. The vet had to take me away and wash me before they could examine me. It was all so scary.
On the way home MM put a large cloth over the cage, so I couldn’t see out. It was much better.
Oh oh!
Please don’t photograph me I am too embarrassed.
Now, to make things really bad, I have to go back on Monday for my operation. M&M say that it will all be worth it, so I can go out in the garden without them worrying that lots of kittens will be added to our family.

Oh Sukie, please do not be embarrassed. It sounds like you had a terrifying ordeal, so those things happen sometimes. We all understand.

Sukie,
Don’t be embarrassed…it happens to the best of us!!! Did you appointment go okay?

Sukie: I’m so sorry you had an upsetting day. I had to take my brand-new kitten Prudence to her first vet visit. She howled so long and loud she started to pant. I wish I’d thought to cover up her case.
I’m glad your home and safe. Next time it won’t be so bad.

Poor Sukie, what a hard day you had. Try not to worry about your upcoming operation because vets do those all the time. Try to be brave. Lots of cats go through this so you can too.

Oh Sukie, my Spooker and Daphne and Chloe have all had their ladygardenectomies, and I think it was more stressful for me than them… at least they got drugs!
Hugs to you & your mommie,
Not The Mama

Oh poor baby. That happens sometimes. Don’t you worry. Have a good recovery and milk it, get all the love and attention you can.

Poor Sukie! But it’s okay, don’t worry. Pumuckl is always very embarrassed when he throws up.
Great the cover helped you, with Pumuckl it didn’t make any difference.

Sukie — I’m sorry you had a bad time of things. But like everyone said, you are not alone. My tummy gets upset when I have to go to scary places. And my Shadow has the same kind of accidents when she goes to the vet. She says she doesn’t mind because it’s what makes her very special. So you see, it’s something else that makes you unique!

Hi Little Sukie,
We agree with Not the Mama, when we all had our “hoohahectomies”, it was way worse for our Mommy than for us!
Don’t worry, there’s nothing for you to be embarrassed about
Everything will be fine, sweet girl

It will be OK, Sukie. Don’t woory. Mom will remember to cover the PTU next time and it will be much better.

Oh, don’t be embarrassed, Sukie. These things happen. Once, on vacation, I yelled until mom let me out of the carrying case and then I had diarrhea everywhere, even on her purse.
Best wishes on Monday!

Oooo it is good that you won’t be adding any kittens to the world! You will be fine, and stronger for it.
Liss | 18 July 2008 at 21:46
Of course it’s you!
